Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

New, unused, and uninstalled
In the original, unopened factory packaging, with all components included (chain, connecting link, sprockets, hardware, instructions, etc.)
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Chain kits: You may open the outer kit box to verify contents, but the individual components inside (chain, sprockets, connecting link) must remain sealed and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Chain that has been opened, cut, broken, riveted, lubricated, or installed. Once a chain is cut to length or a connecting link is installed, it cannot be resold.
Connecting links and master links that have been removed from their packaging
Sprockets, rims, or wheel sets that have been mounted, installed, ridden on, or show any signs of use (scratches, tool marks, tire or spoke installation)
Chain tools that have been used
Apparel and merchandise that has been worn, washed, or has tags removed
Items purchased from the Bargain Bin. All Bargain Bin items are FINAL SALE.
Special-order or custom items
Gift cards

Please confirm fitment before ordering. We’re happy to help. Use our Chain Finder or contact us before you buy. Ordering the wrong size, length, or application is not considered a defect, and those returns are subject to the restocking and shipping fees below.

How to Start a Return

Email us at didchain@daidocorp.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return authorization, a return shipping label, and instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to:

Items sent back without an approved return authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

For returns that are not due to a defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part (for example, ordering the wrong part or changing your mind):

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order shipped free, the actual cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All components must be received before a refund is issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item was damaged in shipping, is defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at didchain@daidocorp.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right at no cost to you, with no restocking or shipping fees.

Product defects discovered after installation or use are handled under our Warranty Policy, not this return policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. If you aren’t sure what fits your bike, check our Chain Finder or contact us before reordering.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at didchain@daidocorp.com.
